Complaints
We here at Vision Pharmacy have as written complaints policy & procedure. We endeavour to send acknowledgement of all formal written complaints within 24/48 hours from the point of it being received and will respond accordingly within 5 working days of them being received.
Should you have reason to lodge a formal complaint please email it to hub@visionpharmacy.org.uk if you are unhappy with the response from Vision Pharmacy you can contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Do you know or maybe even suspect a friend, family or loved one is potentially abusing medication?
In this case we can assist and help, please fill out the anonymous form above and we will conduct an internal investigation on the patient.
