We here at Vision Pharmacy have as written complaints policy & procedure. We endeavour to send acknowledgement of all formal written complaints within 24/48 hours from the point of it being received and will respond accordingly within 5 working days of them being received.
Should you have reason to lodge a formal complaint please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unhappy with the response from Vision Pharmacy you can contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
